We create a private booking page for your event. Share the link and password with guests — they pick a tent, we handle the details, assign tent numbers and tell everyone what to bring.

We're based in Half Moon Bay and bring our bell tents to backyards, ranches, private campgrounds and event venues across the Bay Area, the coast and the mountains. No travel fee within 20 miles, and no limit on how far we'll go.

Common questions
How does it work?
Fill out our inquiry form or give us a call. We'll talk through your occasion, suggest the rentals that fit best, and whether you'd like help with any extra coordinating.
We agree on setup and cleanup times, then show up before your event and set everything up — no help needed from you — and come back afterwards to clean up. We stay in touch the whole way, and you can be as hands-on or hands-off with the design as you like.
How does payment work?
Payments are split into three equal parts: a 1/3 deposit up front, a second 1/3 halfway between your deposit and final payment dates, and the final 1/3 one month before your event.
If you add tents or items while planning, the extra cost is added to your next payment(s).
What if I need to cancel?
We don't offer refunds, but the 3-part payment plan means you never owe the full cost if you cancel. Payments already made aren't refunded, and you won't owe anything for payments that haven't come due yet.
Are there discounts for extended rentals?
Yes! Our tents make a great extra guest room when family is staying a while, or a seasonal hangout space in your yard. Ask us about weekly and monthly rates.
